Based in deepest Devon, our park is maintained to an extremely high standard and managed efficiently by the owners, George and Mildred Morris.
George and Mildred opened the park in 1977 and have been welcoming residents for over 40 years.
Our Park
Ideal Park is well named. With views of the beautiful Devonian rolling countryside but still only 5 miles from the coast, we are well placed for whatever your choice of pastime is.
There are also many fantastic nature walks, some of which lead directly to South Beach.

Our Facilities
Our park is fully equipped to make your life easier. We have our own LPG gas supply which is available to every plot as is mains electricity with our own backup generators, drainage and fresh water.
We also have a toilet/shower block, washing machine facility, two bowling greens and a fully manned site office together with secure entry system.
